James has spent his career at the intersection of technology and the arts, with more than 15 years of executive experience in the computer game industry. He’s currently CEO and founder of PlayFab, a company providing cloud services for game developers. Previously he set up and ran the Asia operation for PopCap Games, and founded two other game studios before that. Last year he served as chief evangelist to Code.org, and led the Hour of Code initiative which introduced more than 20 million students to computer science. He has a computer science degree from Harvard, and is married with 3 children.
